HOW YOU CUSTOMIZE LED LIGHT PANEL

Fix Size

Fix size between 50mm(2") X 50mm(2") and 3000mm(118") X 1500mm(59"). HNO's LED Light Panel can be made into any size within the range by 1mm(0.04").
Example : 610mm(24", Length) X 254mm(10", Width)

Choose Thickness(Depth)

Choose thickness among 4mm(0.157"), 6mm(0.236"), 8mm(0.315"), 10mm(0.394"). However, you can choose any thickness between 4mm(0.157") and 10mm(0.394"), for example 5.2mm(0.205") as long as minimum order quantity can be met. 8mm(0.315"), 6mm(0.236") is the most popular size.

Fix Shape

Fix shape of LED Light Panel. It can be made into any shape such as square, rectangular,  circle, oval, star, octagon, starfish. 
Example : 610mm(24", Length) X 254mm(10", Width) X 8mm(0.315", Depth), Rectangular

Decide Single Sided or Double

Decide LED Light Panel needs to be single sided illumination or double sided.
Example : 610mm(24", Length) X 254mm(10", Width) X 8mm(0.315", Depth), Rectangular, Single Sided

Choose LED Color and CRI

Choose color of LED among white, tunable white, RGB, RGBW, red, green, blue. 
Choose CCT of white LED among 3000K/4000K/5300K/6500K
Choose CRI of white LED, 80+ or 90+
Example : 610mm(24", Length) X 254mm(10", Width) X 8mm(0.315", Depth), Rectangular, Single Sided, 5300K, CRI80

Decide where to insert LED module

Decide where to insert LED module in the light panel. 1 side LED module is enough for the light panel with width less than 300mm(12") and 2 sides LED module is ideal for the light panel with width more than 600mm(24"). 
Example : 610mm(24", Length) X 254mm(10", Width) X 8mm(0.315", Depth), Rectangular, Single Sided, 5300K, CRI80, 1sided LED on 610mm

Other options

Standard LED Light Panel works with DC 12V. However, DC 24V option is available.
Basically, LED Light Panel is for dry location. However, you can choose IP65 rating option for wet location with additional cost.
